Patti Yuill's new work examines the contradictions inherent in facial regonition. "We meet thousands
of people during our lifetime and the brain has the amazing capability of recalling certain people,
but is incapable to recalling the entire image accurately. The abstraction of my work represents
these faults of memory, but also encourages the viewer to fill in the missing pieces."
