Jo Milne

Jo Milne was born in 1966 in Edinburgh. After graduating in 1989 from Edinburgh School of Art, she moved to London to complete a Masters in Printmaking at Camberwell School of Art. Milne originally moved in 1993 to Barcelona to work for Winchester School of Art and has taught across Europe and had fellowhsips in both Spain and Ireland, Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin and Museu d'Art de Sabadell. She has exhibited mainly in Spain: Galeria Trama, Barcelona, ARCO, Madrid, Galeria T4, Barcelona, Museu de St Pol, St Pol, Col.leció Testimoni as well as in the UK and Europe; Nat West Art Prize, Oriel Mostyn Gallery, Depot Art Contemporaine, Sion. Her work is included in the collections of La Caixa, Edinburgh University, AENA, Palma de Mallorca, Ayuntamiento de Igualada and Warwick Arts Trust. Milne currently lives and works between Barcelona and Edinburgh.
